The apartment is full of light and it is 10 min walk to El cerrito bart station, and el cerrito square that has all kinds of stores. It is a great price, $1050 for an independent room. Bus 72 is very close and goes to Berkeley. You can enjoy staying in bay area with a very reasonable rent for a room this close to bart and bus lines.
