Pets (dogs, cats) are allowed with a $350 non refundable fee and $150 refundable deposit per pet (2 pet max) with an additional $20 per month per pet. Dogs must be under 65 lbs. Tenant must adhere to cleanliness standards set forth by McGill Park Condominium HOA as to not attract any pests or infestation. Garbage, waste, or belongings must not be stored in any common property for any amount of time. Smoking inside is not permitted. When walking dogs on the premise they must be leashed and owner must clean after them or they will receive a $20 fine that will be added to rent. Repeated fines may result in termination of lease and/or witholding of security deposit. Parties or gatherings are permitted granted they are within reasonable hours and do not disturb residents. There can be no more than two occupants per room. Guests may stay so long as they do not exceed more than two weeks. Anyone staying longer must be added to the lease. Replacement of refrigerator air and water filter is the responsibility of the tenant. Replacement of the A/C filter is the responsibility of the tenant and must be done every 3-6 months. All other maintenance including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and the exterior is the responsibility of the owner. Any repairs structural or otherwise must be authorized by the owner.
