Home was completely updated in 2018, new kitchen with all new appliances, bathrooms, HVAC, water heater, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Good sized fenced in backyard for pets. Speedway schools are very highly rated, we have one of the best school systems in the state! Located within walking distance of the schools, park, and restaurants/stores. I also live in Speedway, which allows me to look into any issues quickly. No smoking allowed inside home. Renter is responsible for all utilities: Electric, Gas, Water/Sanitation. Currently home is empty, previous renter just moved out. I plan on painting the entire interior of the house neutral colors, which will take some time.
