Rent due by the 5th of each month/ Late fee of $100.00 if not paid by the 5th. No vehicles allowed that are not tagged and driven daily. Trash is to be taken off weekly and not piled in house nor outside of home. Respect the neighbors, no loud music or parties. We as landlords will inspect property with 24 hour notice given. Renters are not to change any locks on any door on premisies. Any damages caused to premises will be responsibility of renter to fix or replace.
