Income 2.75 times the rent (negotiable, i.e. Rent $1,890 x 2.75 = Income $5,198).

Qualified guest will be responsible for all utilities (gas/electric), internet, security devices. Starlink works at this location, other internet options may be available from Frontier, Dish or others.

Renters insurance required.
Start date is negotiable.
Lawn maintenance is required by renter or may be included for an additional $55 rent per month (main lawn every 2-weeks during growing season, upper and lower areas 3-4 times per year).
