This is a fully furnished house on the lake. We are looking to do a month-to-month rental but are willing to do three months at a time if need be, it has high-end furniture, rugs, and beds. I have said it is a three bedroom because we do have a loft above the kitchen (It just does not have a door that will close) but it does have a bed for sleeping. So we have two closed door bedrooms and one open loft bedroom.
