• MONTH TO MONTH ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT Pennsylvania This Agreement is entered into on the date of signing, between: Landlord/Owner: ___________________________ Tenant: ___________________________ Property Address: _______________________________________________ (Room within a shared residence) 1. Lease Duration This is a month to month rental agreement beginning on ______________, 20. Either party may terminate the lease with at least 15 days' written notice before the intended move out date, as required by Pennsylvania law, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Rent Monthly Rent: $775.00 Due Date: Rent is due on the ____ day of each month. Late Fee: A $50 late fee will be charged if rent is received after the due date. Payment shall be made by: __________________________________. 3. Security Deposit The tenant shall pay a security deposit of $775.00 (one month's rent). Serious violations of lease terms or house rules may also result in immediate termination. Illegal activity. 11. Communication All communications, notices, and requests under this agreement must be in writing and delivered by hand, email, or certified mail to the addresses provided by each party. 12. Joint and Several Liability (If Applicable) If the tenant is part of a group lease with other tenants, all tenants are jointly and severally liable for rent and damages. If one tenant defaults, the remaining tenants may bear the unpaid amount. 13. Legal Compliance This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
