This place is beautiful, really quite and safe. Pet friendly. You will have your own laundry. Also they've got a beautiful pool and a gym. The price they're offering is really great for such place in midtown. The people in management are very nice and helpful. We have to move out on May 13th, but our contract ends in September 20th. We need people to move in when we're out for at least the remaining 4 month (move-in date flexible from May 13th to June 1st) of our lease and after that you can renew your contract with the management.
