View before filling out application for rent. * This is a 4 plex and freshly painted upstairs unit with laundry onsite; there is a backyard for bar-B-Q . The manager lives onsite! Month to month, it has new carpeting and a new window will be installed early nexst year. This is a NO SMOKING BUILDING( Again, I don't rent to smokers of any substance, drugs or vaping); renter pays electric only . If caught smoking on the property after stating you do not smoke, you will be evicted. I will work with the 1st month's rent; full deposit is required before moving in. The electricity has to be turnd on in your name befor you move in. If you are a person who is loud and constantly yelling profanity so the entire building and neighbors can hear, having lots of traffic in and out of your unit at all hours of the day, and not keeping your unit clean, you do not qualify to be a tenant! I do regular inspections within the first few months to see if tenant is complying with the lease. If you are a clean person, things are great and no regular inspections unless warranted.
