Pineview Reservoir and Causey Reservoirs are located a short distance away. Fishermen will like the location because of the property's close proximity to those reservoirs and local rivers. A nature trail is just down the street, the entrance of which is about two blocks away from the home. A quiet stroll along the path may be just the thing for relaxation and solitude. This beautiful area located in a small valley, shady in places, with a wetland located in the center.
