We have a room available starting September 1st in a 4BR house in Gunbarrel. This neighborhood is low-key but still only 10 min to downtown boulder. There's a few large community parks that are very dog-friendly. Also nearby are two great breweries within a 2 minute walk of our front door - Avery Brewing and Asher Brewing (our personal fav). The house is a very clean, updated, and natural-lit area with just about everything furnished. There's a small but recently renovated backyard, private off-street parking, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The least would start in September and continue for 6 months and then be monthly after that. Utilities are a flat $50/month. Who are the three current roommates? We're all working professionals in our mid twenties. One of us works a hybrid schedule at home/office and the other two work around downtown as builders/welders. We love to get outside and climb, ski, mountain bike, run, you name it. We all have our own schedules throughout the day, but usually do something together about once or twice a week. We do our best to make sure the house stays quiet and clean, and we communicate very easily and honestly as housemates. Ideally, you are also an independent human who has experience living with others in a shared house. You are responsible about cleaning (including the dishes!) and you respect the space of others.
