I've lived in this home for the last 10 years, I bought it with the intention of remodeling the entire house but didn't get quite that far. The biggest improvements were the addition of the vinyl siding and steel roof 2 years ago. The bathroom could use an update, otherwise it mainly just needs some interior cosmetic work. This would be a great fixer-upper or rental, I've had a ton of people ask about renting it since it's pretty close to the window factory. The garage is in rough shape, that's why my asking price is where it is. My reason for selling is because I own another house and still have a mortgage on this one.
