Lease terms include city code and house rules provided prior to signing. No smoking or vaping in the house. Base utilities costs are included in the monthly rent. There is a base monthly dollar amount identified for each utility. Lawn care is included in the monthly rent cost. Any amounts over that base amount will be added to the next months rent.
