My favorite little house is available for the first time in years. It's easy to get to, being just a short jog off the highway in the center of Joshua Tree, but it backs up against Coyote Hole wash for privacy. This little house feels like Joshua Tree is supposed to feel. There's a fenced, shaded, front and back yard, off street parking right in front of your door. Laundry hook-ups, plaster walls with open beam ceiling, tile and paint floors, vintage tile counters and tub/ shower, AC or evap cooling, gas heat, with water and trash paid. Owned and managed by Judy and Dave rentals. Our maintenance man has been on staff for 20 years. He knows his stuff and gets there fast when you need something. You'll have the owner's home phone so you can call any time there is an issue (and he picks up). We don't lock you into a lease. If your situation changes and you need to move, just give us 30 days notice. At the same time, we are looking for residents who plan to stay long term.
