Fireworks or explosives OF ANY KIND are PROHIBITED from being ignited on the property as well as stored in the unit or on the property. No pets preferred , but landlord will consider on an individual basis given number of pets, manner, size, age, breed (If approved, a pet addendum will be included as part of the lease and signed by tenant along with a pet deposit of 250.00 per pet - up to 2 pets maximum). Apartment is located above the Landlords garage behind the Landlords primary home. Off street parking in the private driveway is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles (no other vehicle storage on property will be allowed). During the winter months tenant(s) will be responsible for snow removal of the deck and stairs to the apartment. Landlord will split the cost of snow removal (plowing) with the tenant for the driveway. Further details of the lease terms are included in the formal lease. Security deposit (equal to one month's rent) and 1st months rent are due at signing of formal lease.
