Greenwood Lake is a subset of Warwick and approximately 6 miles from the town of Warwick, a few short miles from hiking trails, very close to Waywayanda State Park, Tuxedo, boat rentals, a town beach and area wineries. The monthly rent includes the cost of heat, water, electricity and A/C. Tenants are responsible for proper disposal of their trash in the dumpster located near the driveway. Plastics and paper is placed outside of the dumpster not within it. We do allow plants on the patio but that is all. No bicycles, grilling, storage of any type is permitted. We do not live on site however we are closeby in a neighboring town. The monthly rent includes utilities. There is absolutely no smoking on the property by tenants or their guests. We are a designated non-smoking destination. The security deposit and first month's rent will be required at the time of the signing of the lease and the lease is a yearly lease. Credit score information will also be necessary. The facility is a quiet place with a restaurant also on the property.
