New modern appliances, hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and high ceilings with lots of recessed lighting. Criteria to move in. We look for a 650 credit score or above. We look for a 3 times the amount of income of monthly rent. We have a no pets policy but we allow Service Animals and Emotional Support Animals with documentation. No Cosigners Allowed. We now accept Zillow applications and credit. You can simply apply through Zillow. We do accept housing authority vouchers, (We still pull credit and look for a 650 credit score or above) No Co Signers Gated parking is an additional $150 per month. (Limited to just one spot if that unit has the option of gated parking) (Please check unit description) Laundry On Site (Takes Quarters) We do accept third party payments. We are a rent controlled building. Tenant: LADWP. (Power) I also have another studio on the first floor, almost identical but doesn't have the rafters and only the option of street parking for 1550 per month.
