You only need an ID when signing your lease when you move in. Comes furnished. The staff is pretty amazing. They work with you when your late on rent. They have payment plans, etc. Renewing your lease here is a simple process that's done via email if you want to stay longer. Lease end 07/26/2020. Everything included in rent. Free cable/internet.
