The Greenlake House is a fully furnished duplex. The owners live downstairs, and the rental is the upper two floors. This is a grand Tangletown house. The upper duplex is light filled, has high ceilings, located one short block off Green Lake, on the 62 Bus-line. Both PCC and Whole Foods markets are less than one mile away, The upper duplex has a private front and back door entrance. Washer and Dryer. There is one bathroom. We are in the Green Lake Elementary Attendance Area, Hamilton International Middle School, and Roosevelt High School, all three schools are consider excellent. From September through May, Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM - 12:15PM, there is a four hour preschool program (ages 2.5 - 5 years old) downstairs. After 12:30PM the private garden, and play yard are available for everyone living in both duplexes. Respectful garden parties are welcome. Fully house trained pets will be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit. Marcel, a French Bulldog, lives with his owners and loves hanging out in the garden during warm days.
