There are two female roommates in their 20's and a sweet yellow lab, so the 4th bedroom is used for storage and workout equipment. We have a rooftop deck and parking pad as well. Open to have another dog, the lab is incredibly sweet and would love a friend. This block of S Linwood is amazing, a few blocks from the Canton square and 1 block from the park! I've loved loved living here but am moving out of state. $45 application fee. Lease runs through March 31, 2026 but both roommates intend to re-sign.

Two working professionals (school counselor and government) who work full time in the office. We've all become good friends and have a really peaceful roommate relationship. We have a lot of friends in the area and love to host casual game nights.
