Kitchen is organized to work comfortably and host any guests you may have as you can be cooking while entertaining parties in living/dining space. Unit has floor heaters that provide ample heat throughout the winter and an in the wall unit for cooling in the summer. There are 2 washers and dryers that are shared with the other 2 apartments. Utilities are included as well. No smoking, utilities are included. No pets, one month security deposit. Late fees applicable if paying late without notifying me prior. I am flexible but communication is very important to me.
