The condo also comes with all furnished- king size bed, 60 inch TV, small sectional etc. All in pictures is included- dishes, utensils etc. One parking space with three guest spaces available with sign in. Would prefer a longer lease but negotiable shorter for increase rent. Require deposit, background/credit check and proof of renters insurance (shown prior to move in with date starting on lease terms or sooner). building is animal free, No smoking I am flexible on rent terms - because this is a furnished unit it works really well for remote workers who want to come here for several months and I am open to that.
