Included is: A large couch, television , table & chairs, lights, two beds with new mattresses (one king & one queen). There is plenty of storage space and parking for up to three (3) cars within the garage & enclosed driveway and with the potential for a forth (4th) parking space in the driveway; right outside of the electric gate. I have a Maximum occupancy of three tenants (one per a bedroom ) or I'd rent to a family with a couple of children. All of those individuals 18+ must be included and participants within the lease. I reserve the right to reject or accept any tenant based upon my own individual assessment. A credit score will be reviewed along with rental history and income verification will be checked.
