The same siding can still be found at Lowes, located less than 10 mins away, for roughly $50 to replace the front siding. I would recommend replacing the electric box and wires, I got a quote for $1,100 for the wiring. The old furnace may be salvageable but for $750 I would replace it. A steel company is investing $50 million dollars into a processing plant in Monessen, NOW is the time to jump on these great investment homes! Shell oil is also investing billions of dollars in this area for a new oil refiniery which is why the property value is expected to KEEP RISING! This is a great investment property with LOTS of potential!! There is a church and school located within a half of a mile.
