Hello, I'm looking for someone to take over my Shadyside apartment lease starting January 2023. I've lived here about a year & am moving out for reasons unrelated to the place. The lease runs through June 2023, and there would be the option to renew. I have a roommate (A student - Male) and this listing is for one bedroom only. - air conditioned (central air) - 1 bedrooms (10ft x 11ft) - spacious, apartment is entire second floor of a 3-story house - lots of character with exposed brick walls - amazing location (close to CMU & Pitt; close UPMC Presbyterian, UPMC Shadyside, & West Penn Hospital; pleasant neighborhood; 2 blocks from Walnut St. 1 block away from Aldi and Giant Eagle.) - Bus stop a minute's walk away. - on-site washer/dryer - eat-in kitchen with dishwasher - lots of cupboards - responsive and super friendly landlord - Rent is $1350 in total. $675 would be your share (The rent might go up once the lease is up in June though) - gas & electric not included. - No pets. - ample closet space Please let me know if you're interested.
