    This great downtown building is only 15 years old, however the owners of unit 713 have remodeled to cater to their needs and wants. A corner office area was turned into a 3rd bedroom, albeit no window so the listing only says 2. All the floors are hardwood floor look a like ceramic tile. Gorgeous lighting and scones. The kitchen was redone and has two access points and the breakfast counter turned into an island. The appliances are all Samsung, including the washer and dryer and the fridge is on Blue tooth, and two freezer doors can convert to fridge mode. The 3rd bedroom could convert to a office space, but would make a great bedroom as well. The building offers a great gym, club room, pool and bbq facilities. The downtown area offers lots of dining options and the new waterfront. The Sound Amphi Theatre, Marina, and the Capitol Theatre. please do due diligence on all data.
