Remote professional or local with steady employment okay. Occasional 420 and spirits okay, but nothing beyond that. No cigarettes. Owner is an avid mountain and river sports enthusiast, 36, non-smoker and respectful of others. Renter responsible for 90% of utilities months owner is not there 3+ days, 50% when he is there.
