Lawn maintenance/lawn maintenance costs will be the tenant's responsibility--includes mowing the lawn, keeping the lawn green and free of weeds (Richland Code Enforcement drives by somewhat frequently). Owner will help set up timed sprinkler system when requested by tenant. Screening Disclosure: When you submit your application, Zillow will collect a screening fee to collect the prospective tenant's credit report (provided by Experian) and comprehensive background/criminal report (provided by Checkr). The fee is not paid to me, and the fee is assumed to be non-refundable.
