- For properties renting monthly at $2,000 or less, a 670+ credit score is required conditional approval for 669 640 scores.
Under a 640 credit score is automatic denial.
In addition to the above credit score criteria, the following requirements must be met:
~ Verifiable income of 2.75x the amount of rent
~ Minimum of 3 years of verifiable good rental or homeownership history.
~ No evictions - may consider 5+ years old if rental history since has been perfect.
