Hey there! I'm looking for a roommate to share my home in Erie Highlands. The space available is a large, finished basement (about 1,700 sq ft) with its own private bathroom. Just me upstairs and my friendly dogs so you'd need to be okay with dogs, but no other pets please. It's a quiet, comfortable home with shared access to the kitchen, living room, laundry, and a great backyard with a hot tub and fire pit. The neighborhood has awesome amenities too pool, gym, parks, and trails. A little about me: I'm 35, easygoing, live a pretty healthy and relaxed lifestyle, and keep the place clean. I work full-time and stay pretty active. There's also a bunch of gym equipment in the house you're welcome to use, and the kitchen is big with two ovens and plenty of room if you like to cook. I also have a couple extra rooms upstairs if you need a home office setup. Rent is around $2,000/month and covers all utilities, internet, and TV access.
