The first level is comprised of the kitchen, living space (with hardwood floors), and a half bathroom. The bedrooms (which are carpeted) are on the second level along with a full bathroom. This apartment gets a lot of light and has a lot of closet space. It's also just half a block from cafes and shopping on Baltimore Ave and the 34 trolley, which will get you into Center City in about 15 minutes. There's also a garage spot available to go with it for $100/month. Heat is included! Tenant pays for gas and electric. First, Last and Security (three month's rent) are needed to move in . In order to qualify, you should make at least three times the rent monthly ($3675), and have a good rental history. Credit score will also be taken into account, but usually isn't as important.
