The light and airy master bedroom features a king-size bed, a roll-out bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a Pack N Play, toys, and children's games available for young families. Bedroom 2 is outfitted with a King-size bed, a closet and connected 2nd bathroom. BATHROOMS The home is equipped with 2 full spacious bathrooms, so there's no need to jockey for space when you're getting ready in the morning. KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM The open concept kitchen and living area make it easy to hang out together while the chef in your group whips up tasty meals. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with modern stainless steel appliances, a blender, a toaster, insta pot, and a coffee/tea station to make your mornings as easy and enjoyable as possible. Seating for six is available at the dining room table. If you have youngsters, there is a high chair in addition to children's bowls and utensils. Relax in the cozy living room after a big meal. It is outfitted with comfy couch and sofas (which can convert into Queen size sofa beds at night), a large flatscreen TV, a large collection of children's books, toys, and board games that the whole family will love. If you're craving a breath of fresh air, head out onto the balcony off the living room. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee or snuggle up with a good book on the outdoor furniture. You will have private access to the entire home, free parking is provided in the parking lot. 4th floor spacious community room. perfect for getting some work done, or playing some games with a larger group. If you bring your own bike there is indoor secure bike storage for you to use. For your entertainment, there is a smart TV with local live cable channels. Apps are available with your own login, and fast WiFi. This house is on TART trail walking/biking through downtown. Within short walking distance to multiple restaurants and breweries. It is located within a few blocks of a grocery store, half a mile to Bryant Beach, and a short drive to the Old Mission Peninsula where you can enjoy our fantastic wineries. The 45-acre Civic Center park is a few blocks away with walking/running trails, a new playground, gym, ice skating rink, pool, skate park, and more. This unit is available through April 2025.
