Enjoy the close proximity to NYC/Manhattan but avoid the ridiculously high rent prices associated with living in the city. -The space- We are renting the front portion of our apartment, which includes a bedroom, living room, brand new renovated bathroom, and SHARED kitchen with backroom single tenant. Please note the property is a basement apartment with its own private entrance at street level ( no need to bring groceries up a bunch of flight of stairs). Laundry is conveniently located in the same floor in the back of the building and is operated by coins. The property has a total of 2 rooms, one that is rented in the back and another one in the front which Is the one we are renting along with the living room, bathroom, and shared kitchen. Back tenant has their own room/bathroom and separate entrance, therefore you will have minimal contact with her. -Other things to note- -Tenant can have access to the kitchen, kitchen is shared a single tenant. -We can accept pets for an additional fee. -Utilities included: water.
