If criminal history is found, an individualized assessment of the applicant's criminal history will be conducted. End of lease: A 30 day notice before the lease is up is required so I know if you're resigning or moving. You have the possibility of receiving your entire deposit back if your place doesn't require a cleaning service or has any damages.
