This is a share. I live here, too. I am looking for ONE person. This place is great and super chill. This is a cool old house and the two (and a half) unique rooms upstairs are completely private with small views of the Olympics. The big kitchen and common room shared along with a great front porch, a yard, the basement/workshop/storage area, and bathroom. This place is great near food, drink, grocery, buses, parks, and good people in a good neighborhood. The bathroom is shared because it has the only shower, and I like to shower. I am the only other person living in the house. I have two rooms on the main floor so my foot tread won't bang you awake at night. I work downtown and maintain a pretty chill place, gardening, getting out to fish, and digging the area. I am native to Seattle. Please tell me a bit about yourself. The lawn is very healthy... There is no deposit though I would like the last months rent up front.
