There are approximately 300 homes within the Chamberlands subdivision. This home is located near the entrance to Chamberlands on a quiet street and is just a short 7 - 9 minute walk down to the beach. Note that this property does not included access to the private beach area, but there is a public beach area directly adjacent to the private beach area.
