There is a pier for fishing or just relaxing and watching the animals that live in the water. There is a professional golf course on Isla del Sol. Fort De Soto Park and St. Pete Beach is a short five minute drive. St. Petersburg has many award-winning restaurants and the Salvador Dali Museum is a must. Owner pays for water, Wi-Fi and basic Television. Eectricity is extra to pay. There is a one-time fee of 100$ for the registration/background check with the property management and a fee for the final cleaning of 150$. As the condo is let until the end of March, viewings are only possible if there is serious interest and by arrangement with the current tenants!
