Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. Applicant's planned tenancy duration is greater than one year. Longer-term tenants will be given priority. Any dog that the Property Manager deems to be similar to the aforementioned breeds or exhibits similar characteristics will not be allowed. Any dog with a history of aggression, biting, attacking, or frequent and persistent barking will not be allowed. Any dog that has been trained as an attack dog, guard dog, or fighting dog will not be allowed. Any dog that has at any time in the past, been reported to a civil authority, such as police or animal warden, or previously caused bodily injury, property damage, or loss will not be allowed. $350 additional security deposit required per pet.
