Two female housemates sharing a 4 bedroom house in Biltmore Forest, hoping to find a third female in order to round out our household. Private room (for one person only), fully furnished, shared bath, large back yard, off-street parking, laundry, wifi, Hulu+Netflix+AmazonPrime, all utilities included. Great location: less than one minute from bus line, within walking distance to ABTech, Biltmore Estate, Biltmore Village restaurants and shopping, Mission Hospital, and has quick access to I-40. As much as we love animals, there are already four cats ordering us around the house. Sadly, no room for additional animals. This is what we call a "Sanctuary House", meaning it's a safe space for us to have our lives, but not to have guests or overnight visitors. Zero drama. Not available for short term rental: one-year lease minimum to start. As a household, we'd like to share with someone like ourselves: grounded, female, creative in their own way, interesting, hardworking, smart and SANE. We're both relatively private people, so we'd like to know more about you before showing the house. Students are perfectly welcome (one of us already works at UNCA, so it's not like students are a mystery).
