The master bedroom serves as a tranquil sanctuary with a queen bed adjustable by remote and an attached en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms consist of a queen bed and a double bed, sharing the hallway bathroom. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $75. Please ensure to inform us in advance to secure authorization for bringing a pet. You are required to clean up after your pet, including waste, or additional charges may apply. Conveniently located near amenities and recreational activities, this house offers the perfect balance of peaceful living and accessibility. Sanford Stadium is a quick 14-minute drive, and Downtown Athens is only 10 minutes away. A car is recommended, but a nearby bus stop, Uber, and Lyft provide additional transportation options. A door code will be provided the day before or morning of your reservation. A rental agreement must be signed before receiving check-in instructions. Failure to do so will result in cancellation without a refund. The induction stove heats magnetically and gets hot quickly, so use the real metal pots and pans provided and set it to 3 or 4. Pets are welcome with a fee and must be cleaned up after to avoid additional charges.
