Looking for someone to rent the other side of our duplex. We currently live in the other unit. We have a very large yard which you would have access to, and the property sits directly on Crescent Lake Park. We have two dogs who run around the yard, so if you have a dog we would have to meet to make sure they all get along. We prefer 1-2 people maximum. We both work from home so you would have to be comfortable with us being next door basically all the time. We will consider short term rentals (1 month minimum) to long term (1 year maximum). Pricing will vary depending on how long you would like to stay. THE HOME IS CURRENTLY UNFURNISHED. Feel free to inquire! Depending on the lease agreement - for a short term rent, we would figure out a price to include electric. For a long term rental - you would have to pay your own electric (units have separate meters). There is one water meter so tenant will never receive their own water/sewer/trash bill. No smokers, no partiers, etc.
