When you enter through the front door, there is a mudroom for convenient changes and snow gear storage. The mudroom opens to a living area with a large sectional, 65" TV, original picture windows, and a gas fireplace for a cozy ambiance. From the living area, the hallway leads to a full bath and the master bedroom with king bed and spacious his/her closets. The hallway opens to the beautifully updated kitchen with custom alder cabinetry and marble countertops and dining area complete with a beverage fridge. Access the second level through the barn door in the dining room, which has a coat closet at the bottom of the stairwell. Continue up the stairs to a large den with a queen bed, TV, and couch. Walk through the den to another bedroom with a queen bed and separating door. The bottom level can be accessed through an indoor stairwell off of the kitchen but it also has its own separate outdoor entrance. The versatility of the bottom level allows for the apartment to be used as a completely separate living space or conjoined, whichever suits your groups' needs.
