A convenient half-bath is located on the first floor. For families with little ones, we're pleased to offer a baby crib. Also included are a washer and dryer, and at-home workers will surely appreciate the lightning-fast 1 gig WiFi. The mountains provide outdoor entertainment here! The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. We are on the Westside of El Paso, noted for its trendy shops, restaurants, outlets, and the University of Texas at El Paso. We are also just 5-10 minutes away from the convenience of many big-box stores, such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Target, and Home Depot. Conveniently located next to the I-10 and 375 Loop for easy access to the east side of El Paso, we are also less than 30 minutes from downtown El Paso. If you're looking for a scenic drive through the mountains, the 375 Loop will take you there. We are a 28-minute (20.5-mile) drive from El Paso International Airport (ELP) via Highway 10 and only a 21-minute (14-mile) drive from Downtown El Paso. This spacious Westside El Paso home offers stylish furnishings and decor. Its most notable feature, however, is the incredible views you'll enjoy in the foothills of the Franklin Mountains.
