The Audrey is an extremely flexible plan. The home is almost 2,600 square feet and can be built with 3 to 5 bedrooms. While most of Adrienne's designs are open concept, The Audrey layout has the option of creating more separated spaces in the main living area (kitchen, great room, breakfast nook, and formal dining). Adrienne is extremely excited about this plan since it can also be designed with two separate living quarters. For a myriad of reasons, we have been building more homes for multi-generational households. It was important to have an option that gives the different generations who decide to live together with their own private retreat with the same luxury features as all our homes.
