This beautiful home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs with a half bath on the main floor that has a washer and dryer. There is a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a full bath with a large closet. A smaller bedroom with a trundle bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a full bathroom. There is a loft on the opposite side of the home from the other bedrooms and bathrooms that includes a daybed and a queen-sized bed. We usually shut that side off in winter, but it does have a floor radiator and is open to use if desired. Available November 1st - May 31st as a Winter rental. Will consider a long term tenant at an increased rate. Flexible move-in date. 3 month minimum preferred The first month's rent and security deposit are due upon signing. Wifi Included The tenant is responsible electricity, oil, trash and snow removal. Dogs permitted (2 max) 200$ pet fee, no cats allowed. No smoking is allowed. This is a fully furnished rental, we ask that no furniture is brought into the home and heavy furniture is not moved during your stay.
