There is ample parking for your vehicle and the State Street Commuter Lot is literally one block away for very convenient access to the bus. Rent includes water and gas (which is nice for the gas fireplace I frequently used in the winter). Laundry facilities are right down the hall. You will also be entitled to my security deposit of $499.
