We’ve lived in this home since 1992, and have done several renovations through the years, including renovating and enlarging master bath, adding a large walk in closet over the garage, remodeling great room and adding a built in bar and a built in magnificent floor to ceiling limestone and tile fire place mantel, converting a screened in porch to a sun room, remodeling the kitchen, adding a pondless waterfall outside the kitchen/breakfast area, and, within the last three years, remodeling the front of the home with a beautiful contemporary new front and a contemporary garage door. All of the cedar decking outside, which was original to the home, has been replaced with beautiful Timbertech composite decking and we have also added a large screened porch in place of one of our decks. Also, new roof installed within last 3years.
