This is a very well lit, very nicely done and large basement to our personal home. Fully furnished but that is negotiable, we could move some of our furniture out. There is a private exterior entrance and a single parking spot (non negotiable only one car permitted). The kitchen does not have a full range, there is a cooktop, microwave and a large toaster oven but no range. Full sized refrigerator.
