Accurately measured to be 305 soft. Recent Rooftop demo/construction badly damaged the apartment and building in general; however, a lot of work has gone into rebuilding it. NOTE: some believe unit 801 is haunted. Due to the building’s age, the floors/walls are extremely Warped. Anything put dow guaranteed to fall, roll, or somehow move due to funhouse floor & wall warping combined w/ micro tremors. Also due to acoustics, people on the sidewalk 8 floors down sound very close. Another reason anyone who stays in the unit tends to go a little mad after atheist first 48 hrs and walk away convinced it’s haunted.
