Living room and bedrooms on west side have a beautiful view into yard and oak trees, gives a feeling of living in a tree house. Bedrooms are on the smaller size. Large lot, with back yard fenced in. Room for 3 standard sized car parking spaces on one side of driveway. Easy access to 694 free way. 694 east to 35W and west to 94E/W and highway 100 south. Cub foods, Target, Fridley High School, Moore lake, Rice Creek, all within a 1 to 2 miles. Number 10 bus 1 block away. Great neighborhood and the street is only 2 blocks long so it has less traffic. The pictures of the place are limited. I don't like invading the space of the tenants or ask them to move things around for a photo op. Personally, every time I look at this place I want to live there, but we already have a home.
The lease is for one year unless the tenant requests a different duration before signing the lease. We can discuss what may be acceptable. Owner pays gas which includes heat, hot water heater and dryer if used. Tenant pays electric bill which they would have to put in their name, along with other things such as internet or optional services. Tenant is expected to do snow removal in the winter, which is a shared responsibility with the downstairs tenants.
